We Want Any Motor operates a vehicle valuation and buyer-connection service. Specifically, we:

• Provide an indicative valuation guide based on information you supply
• Connect vehicle sellers with potential buyers who may make an offer
• Facilitate initial contact between sellers and buyers

To use our service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or you have the legal authority to sell it on the registered keeper's behalf
• You are resident in the United Kingdom
• The vehicle you are submitting is registered and legally permitted to be sold in the UK

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and honest information about your vehicle, including but not limited to its registration, mileage, condition, service history, MOT status, and any outstanding finance.

Providing false or misleading information may result in any offer being withdrawn, and may expose you to legal liability. We reserve the right to withdraw our service from any user who provides inaccurate information.

Any valuation guide figure provided by our platform is an estimate only. It is based on information you supply and general market conditions. It does not represent a binding offer to purchase your vehicle.

Any formal offer to purchase will come directly from a buyer in our network following their review of your vehicle details and, where applicable, a physical inspection. Offers may differ from guide valuations.

You are under no obligation to accept any offer. There is no charge for using our service and no commitment to sell.

If your vehicle is subject to outstanding finance (e.g. PCP, HP, or a personal loan secured on the vehicle), you must disclose this. You cannot legally sell a vehicle that is subject to a finance agreement without first settling the finance or obtaining the finance company's consent.

We may be able to assist with finance settlement as part of the sale process, but this is at the discretion of the buyer and is not guaranteed.

Buyers connected through our platform are independent third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the actions, representations, or offers made by buyers. Any transaction you enter into with a buyer is directly between you and that buyer.

We strongly recommend that before completing any sale you:

• Verify the identity and credentials of the buyer
• Ensure payment has cleared before releasing the vehicle
• Complete all necessary DVLA transfer documentation (V5C)
• Obtain a receipt confirming the sale

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to We Want Any Motor and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

By uploading photos of your vehicle, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those images for the purpose of delivering our service (including sharing with potential buyers).

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, or that any offer will meet your expectations
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on a guide valuation
• We are not liable for any acts or omissions of buyers introduced through our service
• Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed £100

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
