- Photos: images of your vehicle that you upload during the valuation process
- Contact details: your full name, email address, phone number
- Location: your postcode
- Communication preferences: your preferred contact method (phone, email, WhatsApp)
We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website:
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on site, referring URL

5. Who we share your information with

- Vehicle buyers: When you submit a valuation, we share your contact details and vehicle information with potential buyers to facilitate an offer. We only share with buyers who have agreed to our terms.
- Google LLC: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads for website analytics and advertising (subject to your consent). Google may process data outside the UK; they participate in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement (subject to your consent). Meta may process data outside the UK under approved transfer mechanisms.
- Vercel Inc.: Our website is hosted on Vercel, who process technical data (including IP addresses) as part of hosting our service.
- Legal authorities: We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you have sold your vehicle through our service, we may retain a record of the transaction for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.
